The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.
By browsing our site and purchasing from us you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time so please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions before purchasing any of our products.
Please bear in mind that although we have made every effort to display colours and images of products as accurately as possible, some computer monitors may display colours slightly differently.
This website contains material which is owned by us. By viewing this website, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any of the materials included in the design and content (including but not limited to logos, graphics, icons, images, photographs, product designs) included in this website, without express written permission by us.


 PRICES & DISCOUNTS


Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Prices shown are in GBP.
Prices do not include delivery costs. Please see our Delivery and Returns section for details regarding delivery costs.
From time to time, we may discount items. If you have placed an order, we are not able to either cancel your order or refund you the difference in price, if a discount is applied to that item after your order has been placed. Please see our Delivery and Returns section for details regarding our Returns process.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. Items placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
When placing an order, you agree that the information that you provide is true and accurate. Should anything change please notify us at personalisedgiftsforyou1@gmail.com immediately.
You will be charged at the point your order is placed. A copy of the design can be requested when checking out on the website or it will be sent to you as standard if you have ordered via the Facebook page.

Please note when ordering on the website a design proof will only be sent if requested at the time of ordering. Once this has been authorised we take no responsibility for errors in design.
Personalised items have an approximate 10 – 21 days turnaround from payment to postage.
You will receive confirmation of your order via email once the item has been dispatched. It is at this point a contract of sale between you and us takes place.
There are occasions where we may not be able to accept your order. Examples include:
We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
The item ordered is out of stock.
The item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and has been withdrawn.
We believe an order is being placed by a dealer, reseller or distributor.
The person placing the order is not over the age of 18 years.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by PayPal and all well-known debit/ credit cards. When placing the order, you confirm that the credit/ debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/ debit card to use it. All credit/ debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery if the card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us.

ENGLAND, WALES & PARTS OF SCOTLAND
Products are shipped via Royal Mail first class signed. (once order design has been authorised and made)
Bank Holidays and Sundays are not classed as ‘Next Day’ delivery days.

Return, Refund Policy 

  • Once an order is place and sent to the machine to be embroidered, we cannot accept cancellations.
  • We would accept returns only if we have embroidered any wrong details or if the product is faulty.
  • We do not accept returns if the wrong details have been supplied to us upon ordering.
  • Please contact us if you require anything specific that you cannot see on our website. 
  • Clothing: exchanges for other sizes, we will only accept the exchange if the item hasn't been worn, the original tags are still attached to the item and sent back in original packaging. 
  • We do not offer refunds for personalised items.
